The two social media managers that oversee social media for all the stations have streamlined the ability to post to pages, schedule posts, keep accounts secure, and track usage and results. WGN Radio constantly runs contests using the Social News Desk’s contest platform and takes advantage of the opportunity to increase its reach. They do a great job of finding sponsors to take part in their contests and they often center their contests around sports events in Chicago.
